Curriculum Modernization Strategy in Salaf Islamic Boarding School Based on Indonesian National Qualification Framework

This article reveals the strategy of modernizing curriculum Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jember based on Indonesian national qualifications framework. With their salaf characteristics, boarding schools continue to innovate continuously in adapting curriculum. type research is qualitative with a case study approach, data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation, then analyzed by condensing, displaying drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that results study, it can be concluded first, pesantren remain consistent exclusively studying classical books class system like modern schools, except subject matter remains field religion. Second, incorporate into cottage learning so practice teaching religion science realized balanced form. Third, traditional spending yellow provide opportunities for santri gain education provided pesantren, which has been adapted qualification
